Where is the team based, and what time zone do you work in?
Our delivery team is based in Mohali, India, with a US contact line in San Francisco. We keep a daily overlap window with US Eastern and Pacific hours for calls, and urgent issues are covered outside that window by our systems team.
Can I speak to a specialist before signing anything?
